Question 1

How does ordering on WhatsApp work?

Accepted Answer

Browse our collection on the website and select your preferred product and size. Click "Order Now", provide your name, phone number, and delivery location. Our website prepares a pre-filled WhatsApp message with your exact order and link. Tap send on WhatsApp, and our team will confirm availability and courier timing.

Question 2

Do I really pay on delivery? Are there any hidden online payments?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. We do not require any credit card, debit card, or upfront mobile money payment on our website. You pay our courier directly in cash or Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money) only after inspecting the package exterior upon arrival.

Question 3

Are your perfumes and body washes 100% authentic?

Accepted Answer

Without exception. We only supply authentic Extrait de Parfum and Eau de Parfum concentrations blended with premium certified fragrance oils. Our formulations are crafted for high longevity (12+ hours) in Ghana’s tropical heat.

Question 4

How long does delivery take in Accra versus other regions?

Accepted Answer

For Accra Central and prime areas (East Legon, Airport, Cantonments, Ridge, Osu, Dzorwulu), orders confirmed before 1:00 PM are dispatched same-day or within 24 hours. For Kumasi, Takoradi, and other regional capitals, orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days via insured door-to-door courier.

Question 5

Can I purchase as a gift for someone special in Ghana?

Accepted Answer

Yes! When ordering on WhatsApp, let us know it is a gift. We provide signature luxury gift packaging with an embossed greeting card. For gifts sent to someone else, contact us on WhatsApp to confirm delivery arrangements. No advance payment is required.

Question 6

What should I do if a bottle is damaged during transit?

Accepted Answer

We package every flacon with cushioned, shock-absorbing luxury boxing. However, if transit damage occurs, notify our WhatsApp concierge within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will immediately arrange an express replacement at zero extra delivery charge.
